We recently heard of the passing of Ted Humphreys, one of the original faculty hired to the newly formed 91±¬ÁÏ back in the late 1960s where he conducted research and supported graduate students in the Education Planning and Educational Administrative units.

He was widely known at 91±¬ÁÏ in the 1970s and 80s and was affectionately remembered for effectively negotiating faculty and staff contracts with 91±¬ÁÏ's Board of Governors, resulting in favourable salary and benefit conditions.
